Our playgroup was established in 2002. One of the mums at our school started it by the name of Beverly Thew. Beverly ran the playgroup for over 3 years.
Lena Petkovski is now the co-ordinator. Our playgroup operates every Tuesday from 9am to 11am. The cost is $2 per child. The age limit is 5 and under and all are welcome.

As part of Playgroup this week our Kindergarten teacher, Mrs Nicole Flynn, introduced some Early Numeracy Activities to our playgroup children. The children had the opportunity to use mathematical language through their play and explore numbers using colourful hands on activities. They also joined in the singing of various counting rhymes and songs. The children were very enthusiastic and really enjoyed the experience.
