There are some costs associated with going to school that you may find it helpful to plan and budget for.
Costs to consider include:
uniforms
school books and equipment
excursions
- co-curricular activities.
Voluntary school contributions
Like all NSW public schools, we can request contributions to enhance our educational and sporting programs including elective subjects. School contributions help provide additional educational resources for the benefit of students. Payment is voluntary.
For more information, visit the Voluntary School Contribution policy.
Financial assistance
If you are unable to pay school contributions because of financial hardship, you may be eligible for assistance from the school.
Our principal will ensure no student or family suffers any discrimination or embarrassment over the inability to pay school contributions.
Parent online portal payment system
Dear parent/caregiver,
It is possible for parents to make online payments to the school for amounts owing for students, via a secure payment page hosted by Westpac. Payments can be made online using either a Visa or MasterCard credit or debit card. 'Make a payment' sits on top of every page for your accessibility. Items that can be paid include excursions, violin lessons and school fees. There is also a category called Other. This is to cover items not covered in the previous headings. Other can be used to make a complete payment of a school invoice or for fees in advance.
Please note: P&C activity payments cannot be made online. All P&C activities must be paid at the front office.
Payment for an activity or excursion does not constitute permission to participate. The permission note must still be returned to the school by the event cut-off date. The receipt number may be written on the permission note for tracking by school.
You have the ability to check and change any details of the payment before the payment is processed. Please ensure you have placed a description for the specific event or fee.
Receipts can be emailed and/or printed from this payment page.
Student’s personal details and payment card details are not retained within the payment system to comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards* (PCI DSS). These will therefore need to be entered by the parent/carer each time a payment is made.
Details of the payments are passed daily to the school where they will be receipted against your child’s account. If a payment is made after 6pm weekdays or on a weekend, the school will not see that payment until the second business day e.g. payment made at 7pm on Monday evening will be viewable by school on Wednesday morning. Please be mindful of this to ensure cut-off dates for excursions are met.
